Weather Proof Housing
The WH-5400CPE is an all-in-one device for outdoor wireless application that includes everything you need to make an outdoor wireless connection. The enclosure is made of weather proof ABS+PC+antiUV material with integrated 12-dB antenna. With the special designed splash proof cap for POE/Ethernet Cable, the CPE uses conventional outdoor grade UTP cable with RJ-45 connector. So you don't need to pay extra cost for special water-proof connectors. This combination creates a light weight, splash proof, compact, yet durable housing ready for prolong use in the harsh outdoor condition. Standard Pole mount Kit are provided. Wall mount kit is optional.

Integrated Antenna and Long Distance firmware
The WH-5400CPE has a built-in high performance 12dBi patch antenna on the front surface. It can deliver wireless signal at up to 3km distance. The ACK Value is displayed in distance, so you can set the correct ACK Timing value easily for long range operation. Inside the CPE, you will find OvisLink Corp'sAtheros SuperG multi-function Access Point that can run in Client, AP, or WDS Bridge function. The AP is specially designed for long distance outdoor application with strong signal and heat proof materials for stable outdoor performance. Best of all, the unit features a Power over Ethernet system that is specially designed for outdoor application.
