I did not receive my Account Activation mail
 

The Account Activation mail is sent to your mailbox immediately you register your details. Due to internet traffic, the mail might be delayed (but, you should receive the mail in a few minutes).

 

Also depending on your mail server and mail filter configurations, the mail might not be received in your inbox but, delivered into your bulk mail. If this is the case you would need to move it to your inbox in order to receive future mails from our site in your inbox.

Depending on your mail client, the content of the Invoice mail may not be readable.

 

You are advised to login to the “TRACK YOUR ORDER” page to download a copy of the invoice.

You are advised to logon to the “TRACK YOUR ORDER” page and click the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?” link, on the “PASSWORD RECOVERY” page submit your userid (usually the email address used in registering).

 

A new password would be sent to you.

Login to the “TRACK YOUR ORDER” page, click on the “EDIT YOUR DETAILS” link.

 

Enter a new password and click the GO button (you can also edit your personal information here).

Login to the “TRACK YOUR ORDER” page, the list of your previous order(s) are listed.

 

You can view the details of each order by clicking the “VIEW” link.
